Biography

John has spent over 30 years at the helm of many successful businesses. With a deep knowledge of business cycles and product lifecycles, John understands that adversity and opportunity often go hand-in-hand.

As a CEO and Business Consultant he has both run and worked with small and mid-market companies in various stages of development from start-up and turn-around to planned growth.

John combines his expertise in strategic business planning, finance, sales & marketing, and product development with an entrepreneurial vision and discernment to help companies successfully navigate through business cycles, identify funding options and increase access to capital to fuel growth. His capital acquisition program and experience includes lending, investments, and taking companies public. He also has experience in business acquisition and exit strategies for owners, including help in selling the business.

John and his team apply expert knowledge, real-world experience, and relentless energy to helping you realize your vision, intelligently.

A graduate of Temple University with a BBA in Organizational Management and Business Law, John began his career at the helm of a struggling family environmental business with less than $500,000 in annual sales. His ability to recognize and leverage opportunities to the benefit of his business, his customers, and his employees resulted in the growth of the business to become the largest of its kind in the region, operating in every state east of the Mississippi River, and Canada. At the same time, he founded a second business that grew into a market leader in the northeastern US. Since that time, John has founded several other successful businesses.
