Business Plan Writing
Why do you need a plan? Well, you wouldn't build a house without a blueprint; would you? It just makes good sense to have a plan. Most business people know that it makes sense intuitively, but, most small businesses start without a plan. Most small businesses also fail in the first year or two.
The sad part is that businesses generally fail for only a few very preventable reasons. The planning process identifies the areas at a time when they can be addressed; before its too late. Depending on who you ask here are the most common reasons for business failures.
Some of these reasons for failure are the result of others. Top of the list is not having enough capital or overspending what is available in a way that doesn't help provide for the resolving the reasons that follow it. Good planning helps solve every one of these reasons for failure.
